The new owner purchased Johnathan’s Bistro in December of 2008 and having grown up in the restaurant industry, he knew what it would take to make Johnathan’s Bistro a comfortable and affordable place to dine. This shows through the various improvements he has made. Chef Shawn Covill and his staff take pride in their culinary creations, from everyday menu items to daily and nightly
